OUR STAFF ARE HERE FOR YOU – BE THERE FOR THEM

Behind COPENHELL is a large group of people who keep everything running and are here because they want the best for you – volunteers, security staff, first-aiders, Crowd Safety personnel and others. You can make it easier for them by giving them space to do their jobs. Our staff are on your team, so play along!

What can you do?

– Always follow instructions from our Crowd Safety staff quickly and calmly – they see and know things that you don’t

Always treat our volunteers with respect – they are not a pressure valve to absorb bad moods and frustrations, and they are not fair game for your flirting just because they are service-minded

Tell us precisely what you saw or experienced – when, where, who – if you approach our staff about an unpleasant incident

Give space in situations that require our Crowd Safety staff to help. The faster people move, the better our staff can assist

COPENHELL’s Crowd Safety staff wear orange vests and are trained to handle mosh pits and large crowds. You can help them by keeping an eye on the people around you and raising your hand if you see someone in trouble. They will take it from there.

If you are with or encounter someone who is under mental strain, we encourage you to send them to our Safe & Sound tent in the festival entrance area, open 12:00–00:00 every day, where PsykInfo is on hand every afternoon.
