Contact
COPENHELL receives a large number of inquiries all year round – from musicians and restaurants to media and festival guests. Below, you will find our most important email addresses if you want to get in touch with us.
Please note that during busy periods, response times may be longer, and in some cases we may not be able to answer particularly general inquiries sent to the festival’s info email before we publish information containing the answers through the festival’s channels (this website, our newsletter, the COPENHELL app, and our social media channels).
Journalists and photographers are welcome at COPENHELL.
To be accredited, you must cover the festival for a relevant media outlet. As a rule, COPENHELL accredits one journalist and one photographer per outlet.
Send your accreditation application with a short description of the media outlet and coverage plan to presse@copenhell.dk. The deadline for accreditation applications for COPENHELL 2026 is June 1, 2026.
Information for photographers:
There are two types of photo passes at COPENHELL:
-
A Pit Pass, which allows photography both in the photo pit in front of the stages and around the festival grounds.
-
A Site Pass, which allows photography of the audience and atmosphere around the festival grounds.
As space in front of the stages is limited, Pit Passes are reserved for media reviewing concerts.
Please note that certain bands either do not allow photographers in the photo pit at all, or only allow a limited number during their concerts.
COPENHELL does not accredit freelance photographers or photo agencies without an agreement to deliver photos to named media outlets.
COPENHELL provides a press area with workspace, wireless internet, and the possibility of locked storage for equipment at your own risk.
We look forward to welcoming both Danish and international press to COPENHELL!
The trade stalls are an integral part of COPENHELL and help create the festival’s unique atmosphere. Here, guests can explore a diverse range of stalls offering everything from clothing and jewelry to accessories, merchandise and other unique finds – all of it perfectly in tune with the festival vibe!
We are already hard at work planning next year’s market area, and we look forward to creating a varied experience with something for everyone.
