GATECREEPER REPLACES STATIC-X

Unfortunately, STATIC X has had to cancel their COPENHELL 2026 appearance. The band’s vocalist, Xer0, has hard surgery because of a back injury, and he is still suffering from complications that have forced the band to postpone all of this year’s planned concerts. We hope that he gets well soon and that the band will return to the stages again in 2027.

Luckily, we already have a replacement ready, directly from Phoenix, Arizona: GATECREEPER!

Get ready for classic death metal that blends old-school Swedish chainsaw tone, Bolt Thrower-inspired tank-tempo and American hardcore punk into one furious cocktail. Since their 2013 debut, GATECREEPER have worked their way from dusty underground clubs into the Nuclear Blast family and onto major festival stages around the world, delivering shows that you survive more than simply attend. The band impressed one and all during their performance on the Gehenna stage at COPENHELL 2022, and we look forward to seeing them return and saw the Hades stage clean in two on Thursday afternoon!
