Copenhagen’s VIDNET plays grindcore, sludge, death metal and hardcore punk in one violent, unholy mix. Behind the band is the duo Andreas Løvenskjold and Jamie de la Sencerie, who have managed to create an incredibly big sound together.

Their debut album Attentat was released at the end of 2025. On it, the songs become rooms and stages where the narrator shifts between the roles of voyeur, victim and perpetrator. Their inspiration comes from the fin de siècle period around the turn of the last century: an era marked by both artistic breakthroughs and great conflict, full of expressionism, gothic romanticism, decadence and modernism. An exciting new act on Denmark’s heavy music scene.
