IS YOUR ASSOCIATION/CLUB GOING TO COPENHELL 2023?

Now COPENHELL is reopening the possibility for associations to provide volunteers at COPENHELL, and that way earn money for the association fund.

WHAT IS COPENHELL?

COPENHELL is Denmark's largest rock and metal festival. COPENHELL is located on Refshaleøen and fills the large concrete square with four stages, 35.000 guests, volunteers and employees and a lot of food stalls, bars and unique areas. Including areas such as "Udgård", where you grill and drink mead, "Satan's backyard" - our volunteer area with a bar only for volunteers and lots of nice and fun activities, "Biergarten" - our huge party tent with beer, music and dancing until the early morning. 
The entire festival site is filled with art installations of the blackest kind and people of the absolute nicest kind.

COPENHELL is a Copenhagen based event, and we appreciate that we can work and share the festival with dedicated volunteers – who in this way can contribute to the association life in the Capital of Denmark.

COPENHELL is largely carried by volunteers, and this unique community you and your association can now become a part of, while at the same time earn money for the association fund!

TYPES OF TASKS

We have many different tasks at COPENHELL, which can be handled by both large and small associations. Together we will find the right task for your particular association.

AGREEMENT

An individual contract is concluded with each association, which will clearly state what the agreement covers. E.g. number of persons, time requirements, consequences of default, payment, etc.

ROSTERS

The framework for the roster is made in collaboration with COPENHELL's volunteer office and is filled in by responsible people from the association. The roster is published when the it has been reviewed and approved by the volunteer office.

MEALS

It is possible to make an agreement on catering for the association's volunteers via COPENHELL. Alternatively, the association itself provides catering.

Catering involves meals, access to coffee, lemonade and water during shifts. All volunteers have access to our staff area, where it is possible to charge phones and relax.
