PRESS AND ACCREDITATION
Journalists and photographers are welcome at COPENHELL. In order to be accredited, you must cover the festival for a relevant media outlet. By default, COPENHELL accredits one journalist and one photographer per outlet.
Please forward your accreditation application together with a short description of your outlet and planned coverage to presse@copenhell.dk. Deadline for accreditation requests for this year’s COPENHELL is June 7, 2023.
PHOTOGRAPHER INFORMATION:
We have two different photo passes at COPENHELL: A pit pass that allows you to take photos both in the photographer pit in front of the stages as well as on the festival site, and a site pass that allows you to photograph audience and atmosphere on the festival site. Since we have limited space in front of the stages, pit passes are reserved for media reviewing concerts.
Certain bands don't allow photographers or allow only a limited amount of photographers during their concerts.
COPENHELL does not accredit freelance photographers or photo agenies that don't have an agreement with specific media.
PRESS AREA:
COPENHELL has a press area with work space, Wi-Fi and lockers where you can store your equipment at your own risk.

FOOD STALLS
The application deadline for food concepts, stalls and restaurants for COPENHELL 2024 was November 30, 2023.
If you believe that your food concept is so unique that we must include it in 2024, you are welcome to contact us at cater@copenhell.dk. We cannot guarantee, however, that we will reply to suggestions sent after November 30.
